The Touzaint family is an integral part of the French Eventing World. In 1980, the year Nicolas was born, his father and uncle won the gold medal at the Olympic Games in Fontainebleau.
He took part in his first Olympic Games at age 20 and became the youngest European champion in the history of the Concours Complet at age 22. He is the only French to have won the CCI **** of Badminton!
Since the titles and performances have accumulated but he continues to train young horses as evidenced by his many participations in the world championships young horses in the Lion d’Angers.
