Haras des Coudrettes is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, and yet… every year, the foaling season is an adventure that we experience intensely.

But today, this birth is very special…

Jicky Express HDC is becoming a mother for the first time. Jicky is the only daughter of our mare Elky van Het Indihof*HDC, who left us when she was born, and Orient Express HDC. Elky was just incredible under Kevin’s saddle.

When Jicky was born, she received her first bottle from Armand’s hands… Needless to say, she holds a very special place in our hearts.

She has just given us a magnificent filly by Dollar du Rouet, the star stallion of our friends Pierre and Yannick Fardin, who will be named Queenky HDC.

Congratulations Jicky on this little queen, Elky would have been so proud.

Haras des Coudrettes is delighted to announce the acquisition today of a new vaulting horse to enable the French team to continue performing at the highest level.

FRIDOLIN, nicknamed FRIDO, is an experienced horse in whom we have high hopes. He joins Ultrachic*HDC in Saumur to take over and perhaps participate in the most prestigious events to come under the French flag. He will be pampered by Sébastien Langlois under the watchful eye of François Athimon. All dreams are possible.
